2. Cosa fa lo strumento e a chi si rivolge
Lo strumento è usato da una sola persona, il titolare stesso, per inviare al proprio account TikTok — come bozze — i brevi video già pubblicati sul proprio account Instagram. Questo sito è puramente informativo: non raccoglie dati dei visitatori, non usa cookie, non usa strumenti di analisi o tracciamento e non contiene moduli.

Non vengono trattati dati di altre persone: né follower, né commenti, né messaggi, né dati dei visitatori di questo sito.
4. Dove sono conservati i dati e per quanto tempo
- Tutto è locale. Lo strumento gira sul computer del titolare; non esiste un server remoto del titolare che riceva o conservi dati.
- I token OAuth sono salvati in un file sul computer del titolare (
state/tiktok_token.json), protetto dalle normali misure di accesso del sistema operativo (account utente con password, disco del computer). Il file non è cifrato dallo strumento; per questo motivo il computer non è condiviso e i token possono essere revocati in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni di TikTok. Alla revoca i token diventano inutilizzabili e vengono eliminati. - I file video restano sul computer del titolare finché il titolare non li cancella (sono i contenuti del suo stesso progetto). Le copie temporanee dei media caricate su un servizio di hosting per la pubblicazione su Instagram vengono eliminate automaticamente entro 24 ore. Per TikTok il file è inviato direttamente dal computer alle API di TikTok e non passa da hosting intermedi.

5. Finalità e base giuridica
Finalità: far funzionare il servizio richiesto dall'interessato (invio dei propri video al proprio account TikTok). Base giuridica: esecuzione di quanto richiesto dall'interessato e consenso espresso nella schermata di autorizzazione di TikTok (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a e b, Regolamento UE 2016/679). L'interessato e il titolare coincidono.
6. Sezione dedicata a TikTok
- Lo strumento usa le API ufficiali di TikTok for Developers (Login Kit, Content Posting API) nel rispetto dei relativi termini per gli sviluppatori.
- I dati ricevuti da TikTok sono usati esclusivamente per le finalità di questa informativa; non vengono venduti, ceduti, condivisi con terzi né usati per profilazione o pubblicità.
- L'autorizzazione può essere revocata dall'app TikTok (Impostazioni e privacy → Sicurezza e permessi → Gestisci le app collegate). Dopo la revoca i token non funzionano più e vengono eliminati dal computer del titolare.
- Il trattamento dei dati da parte di TikTok è regolato dalla Privacy Policy di TikTok.
7. Comunicazione a terzi
I dati non sono comunicati a terzi. Gli unici destinatari tecnici sono TikTok (API) e, per i soli media destinati a Instagram, il servizio di hosting temporaneo usato per la pubblicazione (file cancellati entro 24 ore).
8. Come chiedere la cancellazione
Scrivere a emanuele020920@gmail.com indicando l'account interessato. La revoca dell'autorizzazione dall'app TikTok produce da sola la cancellazione dei token; i dati residui sul computer del titolare vengono eliminati entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.
9. Diritti dell'interessato
Accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione (artt. 15-22 Regolamento UE 2016/679), scrivendo all'indirizzo sopra. È possibile proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

2. What the tool does and who uses it
The tool is used by a single person — the controller — to send short videos already published on their own Instagram account to their own TikTok account, as drafts. This website is informational only: it collects no visitor data, sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and contains no forms.

No data about other people is processed: no followers, comments, messages, nor website visitors.
4. Storage and retention
- Everything is local. The tool runs on the owner's computer; there is no remote server operated by the controller that receives or stores data.
- OAuth tokens are stored in a file on the owner's computer (
state/tiktok_token.json), protected by the operating system's ordinary access controls (password-protected user account). The file is not encrypted by the tool; the computer is not shared, and the tokens can be revoked at any time from TikTok's settings. Upon revocation the tokens become unusable and are deleted. - Video files stay on the owner's computer until the owner deletes them (they are the project's own content). Temporary copies uploaded to a hosting service for Instagram publishing are deleted automatically within 24 hours. For TikTok the file is sent directly from the computer to TikTok's APIs.

5. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: operating the service requested by the data subject (sending their own videos to their own TikTok account). Legal basis: performance of the requested service and the consent given on TikTok's authorization screen (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The data subject and the controller are the same person.
6. TikTok
- The tool uses the official TikTok for Developers APIs (Login Kit, Content Posting API) in accordance with TikTok's developer terms.
- Data received from TikTok is used solely for the purposes in this policy; it is never sold, transferred or shared with third parties, nor used for profiling or advertising.
- Authorization can be revoked in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions); after revocation the tokens stop working and are deleted from the owner's computer.
- TikTok's own processing is governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy.
7. Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties. The only technical recipients are TikTok (APIs) and, for media destined to Instagram only, the temporary hosting service used for publishing (files deleted within 24 hours).
8. Deletion requests
Write to emanuele020920@gmail.com naming the account concerned. Revoking the authorization in the TikTok app deletes the tokens by itself; any residual data on the owner's computer is deleted within 30 days of the request.
9. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the address above; complaints may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
